It is dm 70th birthday this week, main present from me is sorted but I haven't got her a present to open on the day or from ds, she has no hobbies apart from complaining, previously bought a plant, she complained as it was poorly packaged, she will get shed loads of flowers from friends, buy's herself nice chocolates and has lots, has a full drinks cabinet, doesn't wear scarves and has plenty of jewellery. What can I get for about £30 that can be delivered in the next couple of days.

Candle?
Nice tray
Puzzle book
Books in general
Make up bag
Cushion
Cashmere wrist warmers
Cashmere socks

Second the suggestion of posh socks, or a really good pair of gloves?

Champagne? We have the near identical problem with df, but I'm not bothering with an on the day gift - I'm doing a cryptic card/voucher instead for his main, surprise present.
