Advert for loo cleaner anyone?

I know this is a long shot but can anyone remember an old advert ( 1990s maybe), advertising toilet cleaner or some type of cleaning product maybe even a room spray/air freshner. It was done as drawings and featured a mayor or some sort of official calling at a woman's house and using her toilet.
The premise was along the lines of;
" thank heavens she had used x product to clean the loo, you never know who might drop by unexpectedly. "
Dp thinks I'm imagining it! I known in not.
Hopefully someone can remember it.

Yes. I think it was for that odd gel stuff that you stuck a dose of on the side of the bowl.
