I have been having lots of asthma/sinus/throat issues in recent months.
Since August I have noticed a lump somehwere in my throat, like a piece of apple is stuck. there is blood in my nose frequently but not a nose bleed.
This morning I started couhing up mucus streaked with blood.
coughed up 4 or 5 times.
Got an appointment tomorrow for docs. Have seen Respiratory people and have an ENT appt in Feb.
I am worried. My grandad died of throat cnacer and two aunts of lung cancer.
I am hoping its a polyp and its only a bit of blood cos Im coughing so much with my asthma. Or the inhalers are irritating my throat.
I lost my voice 5 weeks ago.
I don't know what to think and I have myself in a twist.
Very fed up and swingig between worst possible scenario to feeling a bit embarrased cos its nothing. ....
Any suggestions happlily received.
