My 6 year daughter complaining pain near navel but in upper abdomen

Hi,
Please suggest me what is the problem with my child and what is its solution, my 6 year daughter complaining pain near navel but in upper abdomen frequently from last 6 months but it get disappear after few hours but this time she is not getting relief from that pain and after getting the ultrasound report found that its some knot near her navel.

Can this knot be due to any infection and can be cured through medicines, please suggest that or its anything serious

Google abdominal migraine. I suffered about age 8 for a year or more before getting a diagnosis. I took a prescribed medication called Dixarit for a ew years and eventually grew out of it.
It might not be what it is but worth a google and a chat to the GP of it sounds likely

Just to add I didn’t have any kind of ‘knot’ though, just felt like it

Ask your GP to explain the ultrasound report. I don't have any idea what this "knot" could be.
Dd used to get awful pain from adenitis at around this age. She also suffered frequent tonsillitis. The two are related.

Who told you she has a knot? I'm a sonographer and have never heard of a knot in a child's abdomen! Abdominal ultrasound looks at the solid organs not muscular.
It could be a whole range of things though and you should be talking to your doctor not asking strangers on the internet.

DO NOT google! Talk to your gp! They mast suggest other forms of scans if it is indeterminable.

Dr. given her medicine of anafortan syrup and O2M syrup considering infection.

But is this possible that as its more than 6 months to 1 year she usually had this pain but that get relieved in a 2-3 hours.

Earlier Dr. gave her medicine of worms and some medicine to clear if any constipation but still she had this pain many times.

Now this time she didn't got relief even after giving pain killer and medicines for gas, digene and eno etc.
