Our original food steamer died on us after years of use so we have bought a Heaven Fresh Naturo Pure steamer.
We bought it a while ago as only use when we have visitors but went to use it yesterday for the first time. When we put the water in, it started coming out of the bottom, near the electric.
We can't see that we're doing anything wrong and just wondered if anybody else had has this problem?
I tried to contact the company but looks like they have gone out of business.
