Hopefully they'll feel better soon. Luckily I've a neb and oxygen tank at home, asthma can be terrifying for both the person having the attack and those that see them. My friends/housemates saw me having one and a couple of weeks later commented that it looked like I was suffocating on air and it was freaking them out.

The silent attacks are the worst ones. My mum and dad would take it in turns to sleep with me most nights when I was little or I'd sleep with them. Even now as an adult I get them so whenever I'm ill at all even if it's just with a cold I'll sleep on the sofa in my shared house because if it happens I'll have no idea but there's more chance of someone noticing or and being able to help or if I do notice I'd be able to get attention/help from their easier.

Xiao what's your name mean? No, no asthma for me. I have a condition that means I wake commonly in the night. I am just trying to get myself back into decent routine,but will still wake. Had a few nights of no sleep recently due to it, so just getting better each night hopefully!

Yup, I've done the 10 puffs thing so I can work (not currently at home) but I'm also stupidly drinking coffee so my heart is beating out of my chest, haha I can feel it in my ears and throat and my hands are shaking, but some paracetamol and dihydrocodeine will help a bit with the pain in my ribs. You learn to sleep through nebs and salbutamol, usually your so exhausted during and after the attack you basically pass out into a restless sleep. It's no fun being oxygen deprived or hyperventilating, it causes C02 build up and that gives you pins and needles in your arms and hands and feet toes and legs, plus the pain of what feels like a boa constrictor around your rib cage, lungs feeling like they're burning, your heart feels shuddery and then your throat tightens and you have gunk stuck between your lungs and pharynx that you can't get rid of so it just travels up and down irritating and closing your throat further which is why when you get to a point when your coughing you claw at your throat and neck, your diaphragm goes into overdrive and your start 'breathing' with your stomach and shoulders heave. It's terrifying and you feel like your gonna die and your in pain and you want help and relief but the other part of you is so exhausted you want to sleep and it to stop.

Then you get 'high' on the oxygen or neb because you can breath easier than you ever have and more often than not easier than you do day to day.

You need to get that labia lump looked at though, pretty quick.
Glad no bulging. The gland in the groin is probably inflamed because your body dealing with a virus. It should feel like a pea, one on either side. Same as the ones in your neck. You're coming down with winter bug too it seems, yuk!
