Instagram users please help!

Please help! My ex had his insta account on my phone, he set it up so he could go on his account in my phone and switch between them. Now we are split I want to remove it, but don't know my login details so can't delete the whole thing...does anyone know how to remove his account? Google has not been helpful

You can just delete the Instagram app if that's what you're asking?

Or if you want to keep Instagram for your own account, just log out of all Instagram accounts you're currently logged into. His account won't be connected to your phone in any way.

Tap on the three lines at the top right of your profile.
This will bring up a side bar.
Scroll down to settings, tap settings.
Scroll right down to the bottom to 'logins' and you will have options to sign out of all or any accounts you're signed in to.

Do what Bagpiss (great name) says then when you go in and sign in, you can put in your email address and select ‘forgotten password’
You can then reset via email
