There's some people on the town marketplace who have cordoned off some parking spaces and are stood there shining a massive spotlight into the air. Possibly projecting something?

Except it's shining right into my lounge (third floor) every thirty seconds and it's giving me a headache!

Yes I'd go down and speak to them, they obviously don't realise the disturbance it's causing you.

They may be able to alter the angle, or you may decide you can bear it for one evening if it's for a good cause, but you'll never know without a friendly bit of sleuthing!
