Thomas Cook holiday complaints

Anyone know how I can get a response. I initially contacted the branch I booked through who gave me a link to the compliments and complaints page. After not hearing anything back 3 weeks later I emailed the branch again who chased up and were told nothing had been received by me. They gave me a customer services email address and said they couldn't provide an address I could send an actual letter to. So I emailed the customer service address and nearly a week later and still no acknowledgement.

Thankfully our complaint is nothing serious but doesn't leave you with a lot of faith that they would take an interest even if it were.

Any one know any other way of getting an answer from them I am tempted to tweet the CEO!

Thomas Cook were really hard to contact when we had a complaint about our flights. We ended up emailing the CEO, and got a call the next day from a senior member of customer services. To their credit, they then sorted things out very quickly and we got decent compensation. Address is [email protected] if you want to try this route!

From experience, Thomas Cook will blatantly lie, accuse you of lying (when you have dated photographic and written evidence) rewrite history and constantly fob you off until you give up.

They don't give a flying fuck as you've had the holiday and they've had your money. Plenty more people queuing up to book the next time.

I hounded them endlessly for months for a resolution to my complaint. You really do have to keep on at them until you get satisfactory response. Facebook Messenger messages to their main page eventually did the trick (after about 3 months of this. I started the complaint on the first day of my holiday).

They really are absolute shits, I will never book with them again.

Good luck OP!

I had to hound them for a reply because I wasn't happy about their lack of support while out travelling alone, but they did give me a £100 voucher so not all bad.
