I am currently disputing a parking fine and my initial appeal has been rejected, so now I'm a POPLA stage. I went into the carpark in question and spent 50 minutes queueing then had to come out as there was no space. I was photographed going in and out.
I have no evidence of the queue unfortunately, but looking on the POPLA website it seems the wording on the sign about cameras being in operation could be crucial. As far as I'm concerned, the carpark should have had a 'full' sign on and entry should have been restricted. That's what happens around here but had I known about the cameras maybe one of my dc could have jumped out to buy the cheapest ticket before we left. Not sure why we should have had to though, but hey...
Anyway, I live 4 hours away so would be eternally grateful if anyone could take and post here a pic of the notice in the link below. I've tried zooming in on that link but still can't read it. The company have also sent me a photo of it but again the wording can't be read, yet on other pictures they've sent about parking fees they have zoomed right in and they can be read, so I wonder if they know that notice isn't adequate.
Anyway, probably a longshot but if anyone could help I would appreciate it so much
