We've all had horrible vomiting bug this week.
Pretty violent for 24 hours and then both DDs and DH have recovered started eating and are pretty much back to normal.
I just can't seem to shake feeling rubbish. Shattered but restless sleep. Really dizzy and lightheaded and slightly nauseated all the time.
Making myself eat as I Hope this will help but really don't fancy anything.
Why is it taking me so much longer to feel better? Fed up and feel a bit like a fraud as they are all bouncing around Grin

I find coconut water is great when I've been like this. Also potassium rich foods - banana, avocado, dried apricots, sweet potatoes etc

Thank you.
I had been looking after DDs so not much sleep before I got ill maybe that's why it's taking me longer to recover.
Determined to feel better tomorrow

Start slow, maybe just dry toast or biccies - especially ginger nuts. Hunger can so easily translate into nausea, keep at it. And don't neglect your fluids - dehydration can make you feel crap too.
