Please give me ideas for an amazing present for 12 y o girl

I need a fabulous gift for my niece. Happy to spend around £100 and have been thinking about an experience. Lots of them seem to be driving which I don't think she'd particularly like

Any ideas? I'm struggling for inspiration and running out of time

Is there a pop concert she would like to go to? Any artists she likes? at this age girls start wanting to go to concerts IME. You can usually pick up tickets for around £50 each for cheaper seats, you could go together. Or a musical? I think Matilda is touring or Doctor Doolittle

Chocolate making? DD11 went to a chocolate making party last week and loved it. She got to bring home so much stuff.
