Anyone use a telescopic tool for cleaning their gutters?

That they would recommend?
We have a two storey Edwardian house in London with big trees on the street and every year we have to fork out 60/70 quid to get them cleaned as they get blocked with leaves.
I would get a ladder but have no where to store it!
The dripping sound has already started this year!

Anyone?

£60/70 is an awful lot.
I'm in the Midlands and only paid £40 last month.

Have you tried googling reviews for the telscopic thing?
