At home by myself with my two lovely children. They have been up since 6.30am and squabbling since 6.35am.After numerous time outs a walk, a park trip and lunch l had had enough. At 1.30pm l said let’s all lay on our beds alone and l can set the alarm for 2pm and we can get up and dance for my dd and ds can go on the tablet, but any talking and we have to start again.
Well l set the alarm for 3pm (oops) and had the nicest rest ever. Dd played on her props pig toy and ds done his home work by himself ( that’s that arguement quashed for tomorrow).
I wish l had thought of this months ago.
