Are Maxi Micro Scooter worth the cost?

DS (7) would like a scooter for his birthday. I’ve been having a look at the Maxi Micro but is quite pricey. DS isn’t the most confident with some physical activities (can’t/doesn’t want to ride a bike) and has never been interested in a scooter till now.

Any ideas if this would be the best one to go for or if there are any cheaper alternatives? Thanks!

They are a great hardwaring scooter but you can get cheaper and iScooter IMO are just as good.

They are fabulous. Last for ever. We had to occasionally try alternatives. Really not as good.

I'd say they are worth the cost although was pleased I managed to get ds's on a slight deal. He wasn't as confident as his friends so was great that he could still scoot with them on his maxi, he only needed it for about a year before he felt confident to switch to a standard scooter. Am now about to sell his maxi in a nearly new condition so they definitely last and are well made.

I’d say they are. DS1 must have been through 4 cheap scooters before he got his. And you can get spare parts if they break.

They are really very good. Well worth the money.
