Can people honestly tell the difference between them all? They all taste the same to me!

thenightsky · 10/11/2018 17:08

Storm Oh yes, I could tell you which is satsuma and which is clementine on a blind taste test.

wizzler · 10/11/2018 17:12

Storm I can definitely tell the difference!
Iklboo that is fabulous. You have officially made my day

I don't like Satsumas. Love clementines.

EdWinchester · 10/11/2018 21:49

I only eat satsumas and only from M&S.

Nothing else will do.

wizzler · 14/11/2018 18:08

I know you all like an update.
Dh has learnt his lesson and has purchased satsumas. He will now be allowed partial custody of the remote control for the TV. This privilege had been temporarily withdrawn.

Iklboo that has given me the giggle I needed at the end of a shit day! Just a shame I’ve got no satsumas in the house to try it. Got some bananas but that would be a whole different level of male anatomy Grin

AHeartAPenny · 14/11/2018 18:20

Iklboo and Troysmammy I think I love you 😂

FekkoThePenguin · 14/11/2018 18:20

What is the difference between clementine, mandrins, satsumas, err wee oranges...? Then there's the hybrid noranges which are a bit like lemony oranges. It's all very confusing.

AnotherEmma · 14/11/2018 18:25

OP, you are my soulmate. The predominance of so-called "easy peelers" gives me the rage. EASY PEELER IS NOT A NAME. They are clementines, and they are far inferior to satsumas.
