Are kids better nourished these days?

I remember at secondary school, kids didn't seem to be as well grown as they are these days. Is that just me, or do others agree?

I think if kids aren’t living in food poverty, then they definitely are better nourished than they used to be. Convenience food from supermarkets when I was young was really shockingly bad but was very popular.

I think more people are overweight too though.

Depends how old you are. In living memory, significant numbers of people were badly nourished in childhood, but most people on this site would be far too young to remember.
