What if I'm pregnant?

Hey guys.. I need advice.
So, I'm 16 and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex-stupid, I know. The plan was that he'd pull out.. he didn't.
He thought I was on the pill but forgot I stopped taking it. As a result, I'm scared I may be pregnant.
What do I do? It's been 2, nearly 3 days since and most morning after pills say they are supposed to be taken 72 hours after having unprotected sex. I have NCS tomorrow so I've lost the opportunity to go then..
I'm also too scared to tell my mum as she'll stop me from seeing him.

I can't have a baby. I'm too young, I'm in full-time education and I don't want to be a mum?

Is there any way to prevent pregnancy or get rid of it if I do fall pregnant?? Is abortion and easy option??

Thankyou guys so much for any feedback x

Abortion is not an easy option, but it might be the right option. Raising a baby isn’t easy and you are so very young. If you are willing to go through the pregnancy adoption is also an option, although again not an easy one. Fingers crossed for you that you’re not pregnant though!

(Just to add - I got pregnant at 17, I chose to keep the baby even though it meant being a single mum, I don’t regret it but also would not wish it on anyone. It is hard work!)

When is the soonest you could get to a sexual health clinic or emergency GP appointment? If you’re within 72 hours it’s still worth taking MAP, can you stop off at pharmacy on way to NCS?

Getting a copper coil fitted can prevent an embryo from implanting up to 7 days after unprotected sex (and prevents future mishaps), though the sooner the better. If you have the details of a sexual health clinic near you you could ring and ask for an emergency appointment in the next few days.

Morning after pill is 5 days now. Get yourself to a pharmacy, if you speak to the pharmacist most can give it out for free!
