I can't remember much about it, but here's what I do know:
It's an oldish live-action children's film, along the lines of the Wizard of Oz.
At the start there is a scene with a woman singing "Mary, Mary quite contrary..."
One of the characters might be Little Bo Peep?
At the end of the film, all of the characters end up at a toy makers cottage (where toys are being made for Christmas)
