Was walking up towards the market hill in a local town this morning. A woman drove past me with her tablet balanced on her steering wheel. She was tapping away in it while driving. Unfortunately I didn't get her car reg as I was so shocked.
I was hoping she might park on the hill as I was ready to bollock her but she didn't. How can people be so bloody stupid?
