Not sure why I'm writing this but very shaken up and cant on my own social media.
Was stood on pathway had just put pram etc into the boot car was on our drive. Husband was at the side of car putting baby into car seat.
A large four wheel drive car mounted the kerb/pathway just about a metre or so in front of me I had to jump into our front garden he was definitely not stopped and easily going 60 mph.
An unmarked police car then came down our road obviously after him.
Doesn't bare thinking about that if I'd be looking on my phone or more distracted I may not have seen him to move quick enough. Or that if I'd been there with baby in pram I don't know how I'd have got out the way quick enough.
Have had a very strong sweet coffee at in laws but feeling pretty shaken.
