Anyone here had success with 'BobsCashForClothes'?

Some of their reviews on google are terrible but my friend used them and said they were great.

I have used them quite a few times, no problems at all. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they don't give you a time slot and you have to stay in all day, but apart from that all fine.
