Immunisation according to Spanish calendar in UK - mission impossible?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to vaccinate my child according to the Spanish immunisation calendar (varying a bit from the British one) as we are planning to return to Spain within a year time. Had a chat with the GP and she agreed to it, however the nurse had refused to do so. She told me that or we do it the British way, or we don’t do it at all. Is it a common problem? I have to admit I am very disappointed as vaccination is not obligatory here and variation comes only from the immunisation timing, not the vaccines administered. Did anyone of you had this problem? If yes, what is the solution? Please help Sad
