Book on baby's brain development?

Is there one? I want a really simple factual "this is how your child's brain develops at different ages and what they'll now be able to do"

But one that goes all the way to childhood (DS is nearly two, he's clearly developing fear and getting emotional shifts, I'd love to understand it neurologically)

I’ve not read it but my sister is a developmental psychologist (ie this is her thing but for older children) and she rates it.
