Why is there purple loo cleaner? WHO WOULD BUY PURPLE?

I grabbed the wrong loo cleaner and now I have purple in my loo. It's not nearly as clean looking as blue. Or clear. Or I suppose green, at a push, though I don't love the magic tree smell.

Don't even get me started on yellow.

I think pink it weird because it's a genuine body fluid colour.

Personally I'd rather have purple than the pale yellow one you can get. But pine is my favourite!

I don’t know what pink you’re all buying but the one I buy is bright pink and doesn’t look at all like something that comes out of my body 😂

Raven you squirt it in and clean it then squirt it on and leave it so that it sits for awhile and kills more germs.

DS2 would if he had his own money and was old enough to clean the loo.

I thought you were supposed the leave it to get rid of limescale. And stuff.

DM squirts it round when she's done a shit at ours to hide the smell. I always point meaningfully at the can of air freshener.

I don't mind purple but why do they make yellow!!!? It just looks like someone has done a wee and hasn't flushed.. gross.

OMG no!!! My family have literally no idea that things get dirty and I clean them. They think we live in a magical house that always remains clean. Therefore I have to stride around pointing out that I've washed and cleaned things and that it was really nice of me and everyone should be grateful and appreciate everything I do for this family.

Yes, obviously we can all agree that piss coloured yellow loo cleaner is some sort of joke that got out of hand and now no one in the loo cleaning industry knows how to take it back.

I always buy ocean fresh toilet cleaner, never tried anything else!

Lavender isn't a bathroom smell. Furniture polish maybe, but all wrong for the loo — you need fresh, not floral in there.

i squoosh extra cleaner round after a scrub,, AND I stand the bottle on the closed lid to UNDERLINE that the toilet is clean.

I only like blue loo cleaner, a friend had pink once, it scared me when I lifted the lid!

My bathroom has pink loo cleaner and cistern blocks so the water is always a bright pink colour and the el smells of flowers. I fucking love it.

Downstairs I use yellow toilet gel and the white bleach cistern blocks because they don't sell yellow ones ☹️

I accidentally bought purple loo gel because it was in pink packaging and it honestly made me so upset because it no longer matched my pink theme in the upstairs bathroom 😂 sad I know but I would use it if my bathroom was purple

I managed to buy some loo cleaner that's that awful dark yellowy browny colour like stale urine. WHY just why.

I love all things purple and was all for heading out to buy this when you just said “purple toilet cleaner”, but now I know it’s lavender I am gutted and won’t be buying. Lavender is vile. 😬
