I need to adjust the straps for my 9 month old, as she has outgrown the lower height setting. I have got one of the clips through (with a fight) and now can't get it back in, in the desired setting, surely there's an easier alternative??

There isn't likely to be another way, it has to be difficult so that they don't accidentally come off, I agree they are a nightmare!

Have you looked to see if there is a you tube tutorial they've been lifesavers for me

Also you could try contacting Silver Cross and see if they can advise?
