Supporting a friend

Hi,

I am looking for advice. My good friend is going through a terrible time. She is pregnant with her first and baby is unlikely to survive. I am there to listen to her whenever but I'm looking for advice on how I can help her practically. She will be having a section.

So sorry to hear about your friend. If you go on to the SANDS website Sands.org.uk, there is a wealth of information, including a booklet for friends to download.
