Have you ever deleted a Facebook or Instagram post?

I just did. It wasn't of me swinging naked from a chandelier or such but it was a mistake. And now I'm cringing that people might have seen it then seen I've deleted.
Then I think who really gives a shit and it's time I came off social media

I once thought I was posting on a birth group about incontinence and I had actually posted onto my status 😳 it was only on for a few minutes but very embarrassing. The gist of it was - I keep pissing myself after having a baby and having my arse split in two, can anyone recommend any fanny tightening exercises.
