Who wants to join my pity party?

Nothing major but today I stuck my foot in my mouth while trying to be supportive, had someone I haven't seen in 2 years tell me about a driving infringement I committed 6 months ago, had a PTA member tell me that her eco handmade decoration which she will sell at the Christmas Fair trumped my free kids craft stall and I should choose another one (using plastic and giving away free sweets!), school have announced a review of rights and gender (suspected trans agenda) when they have refused to review blatant sexism which has been brought to their attention repeatedly over the last 6 years and DS's teacher pointed out that his in school snacks have a may contain nuts warning (he is allergic to nuts, gluten and dairy and we limit sugar) when I have had issues with the school giving actual nuts to kids in school and failing to take DS's food issues seriously. The weather is shit and I have a headache and still have 2 hours of ferrying kids around to do plus DD has an echocardiagram (sp) on Friday which is looming over my head like meat cleaver.

Pity party perfectly justifiable, I think, OP.

I'm afraid I can't join your pity party though as I am too busy being angry at the colleague who cannot understand that his experience is not universal.

Hope all gores well for your daughter on Friday.
