Hugging the toilet whilst looking after two kids is horrible 
I need to get them food but cannot face thinking about it let alone going downstairs

Kids are actually school aged - they've been ill too.
They can reach snacks stuff but want to make sure they don't over do it and then throw up again.

Actually they are now being helpful oldest just got me a drink
