Is honey safe to eat in pregnancy?

Does anyone know? I can only find conflicting information online. It's a jar of runny honey if that makes any difference, from a supermarket.

Yes it's safe - it's only unsafe for under-1s due to risk of botulism.

@Oblomov18 better to be safe than sorry. Look at the post above yours. Honey is not always 'obviously' safe.
