I want to stay with my parents' in Spain next year for about 8 months. I am no longer in a relationship with the father of my child, we were never married but his name is on the birth certificate. He isn't a big part of my child's life (either now or before) but he said I can't take our child out of the country without his permission. Does he have any rights? How can he stop me? Does anyone know anything about this?
