Feel good treats

I'm feeling a bit rubbish at the moment. I feel like I've suddenly taken a few steps back with my mental health and I'm wondering if there's a treat I can give myself or something I can do for myself to help myself or make myself feel a bit better but I can't think of what.
I'm currently struggling with:
Drinking enough water
Eating too much/not enough
Exercise
Concentration
Hygiene: brushing teeth, showering, washing hair, washing my face
Tidying; putting clothes away, doing dishes, washing clothes
Does anyone do anything special to pick themselves up?

I sometimes struggle with the motivation to get my rear end off the settee, but I do find going out for a walk in the fresh air, genuinely nearly always makes me feel better.
Combination of knowing I've done some exercise (however small an amount) and the fresh air itself clears the head. Can literally be around the local roads or even a couple of laps around a park if you aren't near lovely countryside it doesn't matter.
