Tesco red spotted hanky vouchers

How long have the e vouchers taken to get into people's accounts? It's approaching 72 hours and it is not there yet. I'm sure it was much quicker than this when I have ordered before.

i emailed RSH yesterday and this was my reply as i needed mines for this weekend, i ordered from Tesco last Thursday /1st November

I can confirm It can take up to 72 hours for your e-vouchers to be converted and assigned to your redspottedhanky account, unfortunately at this time there is a slight issue with the Tesco e-vouchers data file being sent to us from Tesco which is causing a slight delay in the tesco e-vouchers being converted into redspottedhanky.com vouchers.

I do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused but please note that tesco and redspottedhanky.com are aware of the issue and are trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
