It's getting to the dark time of year, and I'm feeling a bit down this time around.
I have been looking into SAD lights or the light glasses that you wear in the morning. Do these hell you?
I've been reading about how light can help with sleep, as I could easily go to bed at 7.30 now the clocks have gone back, but I'm awake by 4 and usually in the night too.
They are expensive though and I can't make up my mind.
