2yo - 11/12 hrs at night, up to 2.5 hours during the day (but not consistently).

My DS 5 only has 10.5 hours on a regular average school night. Rarely more at the weekend. He’s never been a huge sleeper and doesn’t seem to need it Angry

DD 14 probably has 9 hours on a weeknight and 10/11 at the weekend.

meepmoop · 05/11/2018 22:12

DS 15 months - 11 hours at night and a 1 hour nap

Sweetooth92 · 05/11/2018 22:12

9 month old-not enough 😴 loves getting up at 3-4-5am regardless of his bedtime. Sleep is for the week in his eyes. Lucky to get 9-10 hours out of him at the moment

gladstonefive · 05/11/2018 22:15

12 and 16 year old: Bed for 9, lights out at half past.
6 year old: Bed for 8, lights out at half past.
3 year old: Bed for 7, story and sleep.
All up at 7/7.30. Older two usually lie in bed till lunch time of a weekend/holidays Blush

MrsBungle · 05/11/2018 22:15

9 year old about 10

My five year old has about ten hours, 7.30-5.30. He's been an early riser since birth and nothing seems to change it. Nearly three year old gets much the same but she gets woken up by movements of others in the morning otherwise I think she would sleep until 7ish naturally.

I don't think it's enough for either of them.

ifoundthebread · 05/11/2018 22:17

3yo - 11-12 hours a night.

7 month old - at the moment has 3 30 minute naps a day and night time is unpredictable. Some nights it's 13 hours with 1 quick feed, last night was no longer than 30 minute intervals of sleep

QueenOfMyWorld · 05/11/2018 22:18

4.8 yrs 12 hours

mowglik · 05/11/2018 22:41

20 month old - 12 hrs at night, 2-3 hrs nap
5 yr old - 10.5-11 hrs at night which he seems to do well on

Some evenings maybe a couple of times a month he seems to need a mega early night and we get him in bed for 6pm and he’ll do a 14hr stretch
