I'm 38, and I've just found out I'm pregnant. We weren't trying, neither of us thought we could have children due to medical reasons. I've told my 14 year and she seemed ok, but is there anyway I can make this easier for her

Don't have them sharing a room
Be aware that she may be reluctant to be seen with the baby in case anyone thinks it's hers.
As the child gets older, keep them out of her things.
Don't force her to babysit.
