Dd has been unwell since Saturday. It started with a high temp, she has a slight rash around her mouth (I thought hand foot and mouth, but it hasn't got any worse or spread) and she had diarrhoea yesterday. Of course I have kept her off school, informed them about the diarrhoea and said she wouldn't be back until 48 hours after the last lot.
Sorry this bit gets a bit tmi. Today, she has had softer than normal bm, but not actual diarrhoea and more frequent than usual. She is usually one to suffer with constipation, so this is still unusual for her. Would you count this as the diarrhoea continuing so restart the 48hrs? Or Would you not count it as although it's softer, it isn't actual diarrhoea.
Sorry for the amount of times i have written diarrhoea in this post. Any advice is welcome. Other than the softer stool, she is pretty much back to normal now. No temp etc and back to her usual bouncy self.
