Good, small smartphone for under £60

Can anyone recommend a phone we can buy for DD, as she has drowned hers?
It needs to be smallish (no bigger than an iPhone SE), have a reasonable camera and cost less than £60?

We’re just going round in circles trying to decide.

Alcatel 1?. Its not going to be anywhere as near as good as in iphone but its 65 pounds from Tesco and comes in black or gold and has a fairly decent camera.

Try ebay for a Moto G. There's a sim free g6 for 49 just now.

I dont know how small you mean, but ive got these for my kids and theyre no bigger than my samsung s8 which is a normal sized phone

I'm on my third MotoG. It's me that breaks them rather than any problem! Had a Samsung for a bit but the Moto was better.

Motorola g are amazing phones! I've had 3 of them and have now got a Samsung which I hate. Will be getting the latest moto g at Xmas. So much spec for your money.

DD has the moto g5 and it is a bit big.
I don't think you'll get anything with a decent camera for that budget tbh
Exh had a Alcatel pixie or something like that, it was cheap. But crap and the camera was dire.

Second hand iPhone 5s still work fine and £60 on eBay.

@BigFatBloomers its a blackview, from amazon and its about £50 . Theyre a chinese brand, thats why its cheap, but you get a lot for your money

If you go to an older version of the moto g, such as the moto g, they are smaller.

The moto g3 seems to be about the right price and has a decent spec camera. Are they now too out of date to be useful?
