WDYD- Balancing act with teen bringing friends over and younger sibling

Younger DC was playing on the Xbox. Older DC (teen went out) and returned with 5 friends.

Not sure which is the most sensible thing to do. Evict younger DC from room so teens can come in (unfair on DC)? Or say sorry to the teen but I can't boot him out of the room. Needless to say the teenagers don't want an annoying younger brother hanging out with them.

This is newish to me (boys and girls wanting to come in, wanting younger brother out, walking the neighbourhood and hanging out). I remember being a teenager and being really bored!

How do you handle this please?

What room is the Xbox in?
Could teens go in the bedroom and younger dc continue playing on it then swap after a reasonable amount of time?

His bedroom is too small (box room) to hang out. Xbox is in their den/playroom (converted garage).
