Bakers or anyone who makes their own bread.

I have had a lot of stomach issues. I have been making my own bread and this has helped. But. I have been using this recipe and it is so bland. Does anyone know what else I can add to it to make it better.

I’m not a baker and not sure about adding extra salt etc or other things to make it nicer.

I did change it to use eggs. That makes it somewhat better. But not much

It may be because rice flour is relatively flavourless.
You could add things eg olives, sun dried tomatoes etc but it would affect the rise.
Have you tried sourdough? A lot of people who struggle with “normal” bread find sourdough more digestible. I’m not sure about making it with non wheat flours though

I put salt in my bread but I mainly make focaccia so it's fine if it inhibits the rise a bit!

you could try using less yeast and leaving the dough to prove for longer (though I don't have experience with gbeaking bread with gluten free flour).

different gf flour? I find buckwheat has a good flavour and texture.

I’m wheat free and have ibs. And the only flour I can tolerate is rice flour. I miss bread etc so much.
