Is there such a way? I’m 37 weeks pregnant and on maternity leave. My little boy goes to nursery three days a week so on those days I’ve been getting up, getting him ready and DH drops him off. Then I go back to bed - some days I can’t keep my eyes open! Last week I slept 8-12
so obviously needed it?! However when I wake up I feel terrible. Sick, groggy and even after a shower I feel lethargic. Is there such a way not to feel so crap? Or should I just forget the nap and get up?!
