Is parenting teens a known tricky time in otherwise happy marriages?

Or is it just me and dh who are struggling?

I'm not sure it's a known "thing" but being a parent of teens certainly brings a new set of challenges to the dynamic in my experience.

It's yet another phase where you have to work out how you're both going to parent a whole new set of scenarios and potentially you're not always going to be in initial agreement.

Your children are now young adults with hormones in abundance and parenting tactics that used to "work" just don't cut it.

So, yes I think it's a time that can causes stresses and strains but based on your posts limited content I can't really comment further.
