What's your favourite meat on a roast?

DP says he is not fussed and I'm off to asda to get our bird for a roast for tomorrow so I'm leaving it up to the MN jury .

What's your favourite? Beef? Pork? Chicken? Gammon?

I'm getting to the end of a monster night shift and this has made me STARVING.

Lamb or beef

Roast beef. Pink, with Yorkshire puds and cabbage

Beef.
Then lamb, but it is too expensive. That's why consumption is down. Most people can't afford to eat it regularly.
Then chicken, and pork.
Chicken is what we usually have as it is cheapest, and goes further. My husband would put pork higher, now I have perfected crackling! But I find it a little greasy. Do enjoy it with apple sauce though!

Roast beef or roast lamb.

I won't eat pork, gammon or poultry/game.
