What's your toastie filling?

I've been craving cheese toasties for ages so I got a toastie maker from Asda, now I'm thinking of all the possibilities to put in!

What's yours? 

Tuna, red onion, red pepper, jalapenos, cheese.
White stilton with apricots, mushrooms, pickle.
Chicken, pesto, cheese.
Almond butter & raspberries with drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Sharp cheddar and mango chutney

Cheese and onion (with ketchup on the plate) or cheese and marmite

Cheese and that sliced chorizo , on a thick sliced Hovis wholemeal , with Hellman’s mayo on the outside of the slice to crisp up ( with coleslaw on the side )

Wait Julia homemade chocolate bread?!

I need to know more.

Cheese and beans. Lush but hotter than the surface of the sun.

Cheese and pineapple.
Cheese and gherkins.

Cheese, baked beans ( or substitute spaghetti hoops at a push), and salted peanuts. Yum.

Cheese glorious cheese. of any or all types except blue!

Cheese and onion chopped quite small so I don't burn my mouth off.

Banana and dark chocolate

Cheese and pickle is my comfort toastie.

Ooh ooh ooh a forgot cheese and BBQ sauce!

Surprised no ones mentioned cheese

Cheese and streaky bacon cooked just the chewy side of crisp is my favorite ever. Also a fan of cheese and ham.

At home, cheese and onion chutney or cheese and pepperoni.

My favourite of all time from a deli near work is a roast pork melt : roast pork, stuffing, apple sauce and cheese, buttered on the outside and toasted t golden perfection.

Enough with the cheese. Peanut butter and tomatoes. I know I didn't believe it either but trust me it's the Don

Ham cheese and pineapple every time

Xmas mincemeat in a toastie sprinkled with icing sugar. Amazing!!

Otherwise cheese and beans.

Can’t believe nobody has said corned beef! With leek or onion, and brown sauce on the side. Or pizza toastie with cheese, pepperoni and tomato purée. Or cheese and coleslaw.

Cheese, tomato purée, chorizo and onions (pizza toastie!) or the classic cheese and beans.

Cheese and jam
Chocolate spread and marmalade.

Bog standard ham and cheddar- dipped in ketchup

Goats cheese and red onion chutney

Peanut butter and banana

Brie and bacon

Beans and cheese

Steak and cheese

All of the toasties- I'm yet to meet one I don't love.

Honey with chicken & cheese goes really well as an alternative to pesto/ketchup.

Pastrami and cheese. (Ooooh gherkins would go amazing in that too)

Bacon and banana - together. Don't knock it til you've tried it!
