DD scratched my cornea while trying to wake me up (I am blaming Halloween). It was hands down worse than childbirth.

I am now sporting a festive patch and I've poked myself in said eye with my eyedrop bottle twice.

Just finished a 6 day stretch, god bless the nhs.

God yes. Several glasses of red consumed and off to bed now.

Hellish busy week at work and nightmares with the dcs - one being bullied, one possibly going on report for general shitty teenage attitude problem.

And hideous Halloween this week.

Was ready to explode with stress and tiredness on commute this evening. Hot shower, glass of red, dinner and phone call to DP have chilled me out and diffused the tension. Relaxing is so wonderful!
