I don't know how to use this notebook

I mean yes, I know how to write in a notebook, but I really feel I could be using the little boxes in this notebook in a useful or meaningful way. I just can't think what for! I'm trying to use my nice things rather than saving them for a best that never comes. I don't keep a diary or bullet journal, they don't really work for me. If you had this notebook what would you use it for?

To do list divided into different categories (work, home, family, appointments, etc)

Set yourself a daily or weekly challenge for each box - e.g. Learn a new word and its definition and copy it in one box (there are websites that will give you one each day); do a five minute pencil sketch; summarise your day in a sentence; write down one thing you're grateful for, etc.

I've had it a couple of months, it's from Flying Tiger. I can't go in there and come out empty handed, it's always notebooks or pretty napkins. At least I know what to do with the napkins!

Use it to list ‘things to be grateful for’ or great experiences - it can become a book to keep your memories/ positivity when you are down

It's a notebook. So, write notes in it!

I would use the boxes however you see fit. I don’t think there is a right or wrong.

I've bought lovely notebooks that sit unused because they're just too nice! Pointless I know.
