Can employers see your cv on the Indeed website

My dd is in a job she hates and has put her cv on the Indeed website , can employers log in and see her cv and that she’s looking for another job?

Sorry , meant to add and if so can her present employer see that she’s looking?

EVERYONE can see anyone's CV on indeed.

When I was looking for work I was amazed by the depth of experience that my previous colleagues had suddenly acquired for their CV. Including my specific role (of which I had been the only one qualified and experienced in) - it now appeared that every man jack of them had been doing my job all the time. [rolls eyes]

Oh dear ! Oh well she’s decided to leave next week anyway . Gone are the days when job hunting was all cloak and dagger I guess !

It could put employees in an awkward position though .

Only if they search for her name or specific keywords which she has on her CV.

Indeed is also very expensive to view CVs on! As are CV Library, TotalJobs etc.

I wouldn't worry too much if I were your DD.

I think she’s beyond caring tbh !
