I'e just read that David Cameron is a bit bored, and fancies a go at being Foreign Secretary.

Ugh.

Helmetbymidnight · 02/11/2018 17:01

When I’m bored I go on mumsnet.

Different worlds, eh!

DontCallMeCharlotte · 02/11/2018 17:01

Good. Let him come out of the woodwork and face the public again. I drove through Chipping Norton recently and I swear the hairs on the back of my neck were standing up. And not in a good way.

zen1 · 02/11/2018 17:02

Maybe he wants another go at fucking up the country?

PigeonFromHell · 02/11/2018 17:02

He could do our hedges if he's really bord, would probably have less risk of fucking up the country that way.

PhilODox · 02/11/2018 17:05

helmetbymidnight you just made me laugh out loud!

MotherOfMinions · 02/11/2018 19:23

He's done enough damage already Angry

TheSageofOnions · 02/11/2018 19:27

Fuck no! Just NO!

toolazytothinkofausername · 02/11/2018 19:27

Sparklingbrook · 02/11/2018 19:32

Whenever I see just a name as a thread title I think they have died.

SteamTrainsRealAleandOpenFires · 02/11/2018 19:32

Speaking circuit jollies not paying out as much, I supose.

ManicUnicorn · 02/11/2018 19:33

So do I Sparklingbrook.

Varmints · 02/11/2018 19:34

Fuck no!

Staringcoat · 02/11/2018 19:34

Dear God he deserves to be locked up for what he's done to the country, not awarded another job.

bellinisurge · 02/11/2018 19:35

I've got some weeding needs doing. He could do that if he's bored.

ADarkandStormyKnight · 02/11/2018 19:36

He takes entitlement to a whole new level.

Rebecca36 · 02/11/2018 19:37

Yeuch.
Still, he was nice looking, had charming and talented wife and smashing kids.
(The above may be true but, I was joking)

bellinisurge · 02/11/2018 19:39

He's not an MP anymore. He'd have to go through the tedious business of finding a constituency and winning most of the votes. He could do a Lord Carrington and be Foreign Secretary after he's elevated to the peerage. But someone would need to nominate him and the Honours Committee would have to accept the nomination- actually not a foregone conclusion after a nomination.
Anyone?

TheDowagerCuntess · 02/11/2018 19:53

Hmm, so two and a half years is his 'biding my time' window. 🙄

He must think the GBP came down the river on their grandma's piano.

ForalltheSaints · 02/11/2018 20:10

He should be apologising for the cost of Brexit first.
