Certirizine dihydrochloride vs certirizine hydrochloride

Any chemists/pharmacists tell me what the difference is? I accidentally bought dihy what I should have just bought hy but to save me splashing out again what is the material difference?

DD is 18.5kg 3 yrs old

They're two different salts of cetirizine but having just double checked there are no clinical differences of any note in this particular drug. (Please note that is not the same for all medications).

The dihy Piriteze says over 6 only but I can't see why relative to the Benydryl hy?
